The challenge
The U.S. House of Representatives (USHR) wanted courses developed for the Congressional Staff Academy (CSA) and a comprehensive training curriculum to improve the customer experience for the Office of the Chief Administrative Officer.

The results
The CSA expanded their course catalog with four new courses. During the pandemic there were more than 500 Congressional staff registered for the online courses. OCAO has a comprehensive curriculum designed to improve the customer experience.
