The Chemical Safety and Hazard Inspection Board (CSB) wanted to develop and gain staff consensus for their five-year strategic plan.

The results

The CSB finalized the five-year strategic plan for submission to Congress. CSB examined work flows and addressed business process challenges at a half-day offsite held concurrently with the CSB 25th anniversary celebration for all staff.
